Invesco has introduced the Invesco FTSE All-World Ucits ETF, which the asset manager says offers investors an affordable way to access diversified global equity markets.
With an annual charge of 0.15%, it becomes Europe’s lowest-cost ETF for similar exposures.
Global equity ETFs have been highly sought after, attracting $13 billion in new assets in the first five months of 2023.
Invesco’s data shows increasing demand for products combining developed and emerging markets.
The ETF tracks the performance of the FTSE All-World Index, representing over 4,000 large and mid-sized companies across 49 countries.
It employs a quantitative analysis sampling strategy to select securities, aiming to closely replicate the index’s performance while reducing costs.
Gary Buxton, head of Emea ETFs and indexed strategies at Invesco, emphasises the importance of diversification, stating, “Our new ETF provides every investor with a well-diversified portfolio, immediate exposure to global equity markets at a low cost.”
Investors can choose between accumulating and distributing share classes, with a currency-hedged share class available. Invesco’s ETF caters to investors seeking simplicity, low costs and global equity exposure.
