Crayon has been selected as an authorised Broadcom Cloud Commerce Manager (CCM) provider for VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) partners in Asia Pacific.

The agreement sees Crayon handle order processes for VCSP Pinnacle and Premier partners in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Myanmar, as well as India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

Additionally, CCMs also facilitate the adoption and management of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) for VCSP Premier partners.

“Supporting our current partners and embracing new collaborations is our priority right now,” said Rhonda Robati, Crayon’s executive vice president for Asia Pacific. “We are committed to enhancing our partners’ success and addressing their customers’ challenges by leveraging our technical expertise and support services, aiming to boost partner's profitability across the region.”

Ahmar Mohammad, VP of partners, managed services and solutions go-to-market for the VCF division at Broadcom, said he was confident that Crayon's knowledge and expertise will be able to help partners "deliver a consistent VCF private cloud experience to their customers and provide VCSP partners with world class service and support".

"Broadcom is excited to be on this new journey with our VMware Cloud Service Provider community and Cloud Commerce Managers such as Crayon will serve as a trusted advisor to the VCSP partner community as a whole," Mohammad added.

Last week, Broadcom summarised the changes that it has enacted with VMware since closing its acquisition in November last year and hinted that more changes are coming soon.
