The Longmont, Colorado-based company said it had profit of 74 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 7 cents per share.
The alfalfa seed company posted revenue of $17.7 million in the period.
S&W Seed expects full-year revenue in the range of $65 million to $75 million.
