Theme park operator SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:SEAS) has opened its first park in over 30 years in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Further, this is also the company’s first location outside the U.S.
Being the first marine life theme park in UAE, the SeaWorld Yas Island will offer guests educational programs, close animal encounters as well as themed rides. Impressively, the park spans more than 183,000 sqm over five indoor levels.
Additionally, the park also offers multiple dining experiences, and 13 retail outlets for guests to shop and find gifts and souvenirs.
Overall, the Street has a $76.25 consensus price target on SeaWorld alongside a Strong Buy consensus rating. Short interest in the stock currently stands at about 10%.
