Musk in China to discuss full self driving - reports

• Mr Musk wants to enable Full Self Driving (FSD) in China and transfer data collected in the country abroad to train its algorithms.
• China's state broadcaster CCTV confirmed Mr Musk's visit, stating he had been invited to meet with Ren Hongbin, head of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, "to discuss next steps in cooperation and other topics".
• The NHTSA said that despite requirements that drivers maintain focus on the road and be prepared to take control at a moment's notice when autonomous driving was enabled, drivers involved in the crashes "were not sufficiently engaged".
