News Corporation has reported a net increase of 443,244 Class B Voting Common Stock-CDI securities for April 2024, with a total of 28,075,054 CDIs now issued, while Class A Non-Voting Common Stock-CDI saw a decrease of 26,372 units. These changes reflect net transfers between CDIs and common stock as quoted on NASDAQ. The company has also adjusted its securities issue over which CDIs have not been issued, showing a corresponding decrease for Class B common stock.
