Citigroup, which recently embarked on a reorganization and layoffs to improve profitability, hasn’t had much to brag about lately. But now there’s this: A new survey ranks the bank’s wealth management arm No. 1 for digital satisfaction among full-service financial advice firms. 

JPMorgan Chase’s Private Client Advisors came in second and Fidelity third for full-service advisory apps and websites measured in J.D. Power’s 2023 U.S. Wealth Management Digital Experience Study.
