Toyota Innova Hycross GX(O) launched at Rs. 20.99 lakh: Read to Know More

New Delhi: Toyota has launched Innova Hycross GX(O), the new top-spec in the petrol variant. The MPV is priced from ₹20.99 to 21.13 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and comes in seven and eight-seater options. The GX(O) trim gets more features compared to the previous Hycross GX trim. The deliveries of the Innova Hycross GX(O) trim are all set and will start from today onwards.

Toyota Innova Hycross GX(O): Features

The Innova Hycross is priced ₹1 lakh higher than the previous top-spec GX trim. The key features of the 7-seater GX(O) variant are a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen that supports both wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a retractable rear sunshade, a 360-degree camera, a rear defogger, LED fog lights and front parking sensors. On the other hand, the 8-seater configuration Hycross does not get the 10-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay, and a retractable rear sun shade. This leads to the 7-seater being ₹14,000 costlier than the 8-seater option, standing at ₹21.13 lakh (ex-showroom).

Toyota Innova Hycross GX(O): Exterior Colour and Interior

The Innova Hycross’ interior gets a chestnut theme, soft-touch material on the dash and the doors, and the seat covers get new fabric.
The premium MPV comes in 7 shades – Blackish Ageha Glass Flake, Platinum White Pearl, Attitude Black Mica, Sparkling Black Pearl Crystal Shine, Silver Metallic, Super White, and Avant Garde Bronze Metallic.

Toyota Innova Hycross GX(O): Specifications

The MPV comes with the same 2.0L TNGA 4-cylinder, in-line, 16-valve, DOHC, VVTi petrol engine which produces 172.99 BHP and 209 Nm of torque. It is mated with a CVT gearbox. The Hycross stands on 16-inch alloy wheels with a centre cap on them.

Toyota Innova Hycross GX(O): Rivals

The MPV does not have direct rivals but the 7-seater competes with the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar. Coming to the hybrid version, only the rebadged sibling, the Maruti Suzuki Invicto is present.
