Quest Diagnostics Narrows FY23 Adj. EPS Outlook Range, Boosts Revenue Forecast - Update

While reporting financial results for the third quarter on Wednesday, Quest Diagnostics Inc. (DGX) narrowed its earnings and adjusted earnings guidance range for the full-year 2023, while raising annual revenue outlook.

For fiscal 2023, the company now projects earnings in a range of $7.61 to $7.71 per share and adjusted earnings in a range of $8.65 to $8.75 per share on net revenues between $9.19 billion and $9.24 billion.

Previously, the company expected earnings in the range of $7.52 to $7.92 per share and adjusted earnings in the range of $8.50 to $8.90 per share on net revenues between $9.12 billion and $9.22 billion.

On average, 16 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report earnings of $8.71 per share on revenues of $9.18 billion for the year. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
