Motorola Solutions (MSI) has released an update.
Motorola Solutions has expanded its Board of Directors from eight to nine members, with Nicole Anasenes joining as a director and member of the Audit Committee, effective immediately. Anasenes, who will serve until the 2024 Annual Meeting, is the outgoing CFO and SVP of ANSYS, Inc. and will be compensated in line with the company’s standard practices for non-employee directors, detailed in a recent SEC filing. Her election to the board does not involve any material related party transactions.
