According to the official website, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Apple Pay payment options are used when purchasing Tesla products. However, Tesla also stated in the note he added that Dogecoin can be used for some products.
According to the cryptocurrency community, Dogecoin was not previously mentioned among the payment options. However, DOGE cannot be used to purchase Tesla cars. It can only be used to purchase certain products.
Users who want to purchase Tesla products with DOGE are given a price showing the DOGE equivalent of the product for a certain period of time, but this is valid for a short time. The price needs to be updated after some time. It is known that the reason for this is the volatility of DOGE.
However, it is not currently possible to purchase any of Tesla products with Bitcoin. For a while, even Tesla cars could be purchased with BTC.
