Expert testimony provided on behalf of travel giant Booking.com by a former FBI employee and ex-member of the White House National Security Council should be excluded from a case involving Ryanair because the airline claims her credentials may sway a jury to “incorrectly accept her unreliable opinions”.

Ryanair sued Booking Holdings and subsidiaries Kayak, Agoda and Priceline in 2020 for alleged screen-scraping of its site and has claimed damages. Booking Holdings and its subsidiaries have countersued Ryanair.
