Rio Tinto (LSE:RIO) (GB:RIO) has released an update.
Rio Tinto has disclosed the awarding of free shares under the UK Share Plan to key executives including the Chief Executive, Copper, Bold Baatar, Chief Financial Officer, Peter Cunningham, and Chief Executive, Jakob Stausholm. The shares were priced at £54.57 each, with each of the mentioned executives receiving 65 shares on April 30, 2024. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).
